Also if anyone else has any ideas of getting the word around please let me know!! I'm wanting to ensure that NO ONE goes through this, maybe they will think again when trying to get the better of their consumers!!
I wish I wouldn't have been so stupid as to not read the reviews for this dealership. I bought a truck in July 2017, its now October, 2017 and still haven't got my TITLE. Buyer beware, I wouldn't take out a loan on anything you buy from this hole in the wall with a jerk running it until you see the title. My credit union is concerned they dont have the title.

Last week we purchased a vehicle from Auto Advantage in Sturgis! We have NEVER been so unhappy with customer service in our LIVES!! First off, they were not wanting to work with prices AT ALL!! Then we purchase the vehicle and look at their inventory online and what do we see, but the vehicle still on their website, but listed for $400 less than we purchased it for and that is including the discounts and trade in we had...so in actuality it is listed for $1500 less than we got it for!! So we called them hoping to resolve this and they would not do anything to make it right!! So in response to this TERRIBLE customer service, I wanted to make sure that NO ONE ever has that same thing happen to them!! So while the price might look good, or it might seem like going to one of these small dealerships like Auto Advantage, is a good thing, DON'T DO IT!!
I do not recommend this dealership. I was dealing with them over the phone since I live in another town and in a neighboring state. A lot of trust goes into a vehicle purchase when doing it over the phone. I really felt like I could trust the dealer I was working with and have no problem saying his name is Chris. Chris failed to mention that there was a good amount of hail damage on the vehicle. So that was surprise number 1 after I had already made the 2 1/2 hour trip to purchase the car. I was upset with this, but worked out a deal to lower the price. I almost walked away and am kicking myself for not leaving right at that point. Chris had the nerve to show me all the low budget newspaper ads they were running in Rapid City, to try and save himself from that. Which he knew there was no way I would know of the hail damage, since i live in another state! No where on their website does it say anything about hail damage in the description. I felt that the discount I was getting would allow me to get the hail damage repaired. On my trip home, while I was on the interstate, it started to get dark out so I flipped on the head lights. It was so dark I had to get out to check what was up, to find out surprise number 2.... there are no low beam headlights at all! And I'm not saying the bulbs were out, I'm saying there is no connections that I can find to even put in the headlights. Now this is my fault for not catching while I was looking at the car. In my defense the brights, turns, brake lights, etc. worked just fine. Should of read all the reviews before I bought is all. Learned my lesson.
