Stayed there 13,14,15,16 band now planning on 17. nice camp ground a mile from main street outside of Sturgis. Only bad thing is they were primitive camping and have added RV electrical service for the rally which really disturbs the view and natural flow of the camp ground. There is a ministry that has free coffee and a really nice host named Stoney since 14, before that it was Russ. The ministry area serves as a sort of social center for the camp ground since most bikers like their coffee. This camp has many loyal return campers. Nice rest rooms, nice showers. Hot water on demand type showers so they dont run out, but they do get a bit finnicky at times. Best of all you can sleep at night, not a really rowdy place. If it rains its NOT a mud-hole like so many others. I stay there and will continue to do so until turns crazy or corporate.
What a great campground! It's family run and they treat you like family. The bathrooms were amazingly clean and spacious. As a 6 foot tall woman that extra 2 inches is luxurious. We will definitely be staying here again.

My wife and I spent a week at Vanockers. It's a very nice Campground. This is our 6th year going there. It's very low-key and no extra hidden fees at the campground. But you could get full hookups with water electricity and a dump. It's very close to downtown Sturgis. We've been other campsites and this was by far the best! Nice and quiet at night. This is a picture of our motorhome with our trailer. We towed our Yukon XL and the Harley. Upon arrival, there is plenty of room to park with an RV or you can tent camp very inexpensively.
